The Service Dock - Boat Repairs, Maintenance & Service

Service

Temagami Marine is no “backyard” operation. Our customers get their boats back faster because our service department is open six days a week. We have a number of highly trained staff that have years of experience with the maintenance, repairs, and winterization of your Evinrude, Johnson, Yamaha, Mercury or Honda outboard or your Lund, Mirrocraft, Henley, Cypress Cay, Kingfisher or Easy Hauler trailer.

Our service team is hard at work long before the ice is off the lake and long after it returns. Each spring before our customers arrive we carefully inspect the boats to insure they are ready for the coming season. The boats are tuned-up, detailed, water tested, filled with fuel, and parked at one of our 85 dock spaces eagerly awaiting their drivers. But it doesn’t stop there!

All summer long we are working hard to make sure any mishaps on the water are as painless as possible. We are ready for whatever comes, from bent props to ripped tops. We stock a large selection of parts from Bombardier, Mercury, and Yamaha.
After the season is over and your boat is safely put away in one of our 500 “pigeon holes” our team is still going!

The winter months are when any major repairs are completed. Our team of technicians works all winter in our heated workshops fixing engines & drives, painting hulls, and repairing “gel coat”. When they are not at the marina they are in Bombardier, Mercury or Yamaha service schools.

When it’s time to put your boat away for the season, the process is hassle free. Bring your boat to Temagami Marine for winterization of the engine and drive.

Storing your boat at Temagami Marine means security. Our Wiggins “Marine Bull” forklift is capable of lifting up to a 34-foot boat right out of the water and stacking it safely in one of our 10 modern dry stack storage buildings. We do not use shrinkwrap on any of our boats! Most buildings are equipped with drop curtains to protect from the winter elements and are verified on a daily basis.

Repairs or maintenance requiring extensive time (such as repairs to engines & drives, hull painting, or gel coat) are completed during the winter months by our technicians.

Annual spring maintenance is also an important part of the longevity of your boat and motor. Our service department is well stocked with what your engine needs for peak performance.
